Ingredients
- 50ml High Point Ruby
- 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 15ml 1:1 sugar syrup
- 5 raspberries
- 20ml egg white/vegan foamer

- 1. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake without ice, add ice and shake again.
- 2. Fine strain into a chilled coupette/cocktail glass.
Garnish with freeze dried raspberry powder.
